Javier Garibaldi is an Argentinian-born, self-taught sculptor living and working on Kaurna Land in Adelaide.
Combining traditional and experimental techniques, he creates abstract stone sculptures that investigate the tension between body, material, and gesture. 
Influenced by European modernism, abstraction, and constructivism, he sources stone from across Australia, letting material, place, and process guide the work.
His work has been exhibited widely and acquired by private collectors. 
RSASA Member since 2025.
